Account and guest privacy

You can use a Google account or a verified email and password to create a CQW account. Firebase handles authentication; CQW does not store your password in its customer database.

When you continue as a guest, we save a unique guest identifier and the email address or phone number you provide. Member and guest records, support requests, and linked order history are stored on Google Cloud. A secure cookie lets this browser return to your account or guest visit for up to 14 days. Signing out or clearing that cookie ends access from this browser.

We use contact information for order support and operational updates when the relevant ordering or messaging service is connected. Providing contact information does not subscribe you to marketing. Email offers are optional, start unchecked, and can be changed in your account or guest profile. Consent choices are recorded separately with their date and source.

You can request that the current guest visit be linked to a member account. This requires access to that guest session and the same verified email address. Phone-only guest records cannot be linked automatically; contact CQW for help.

This website does not collect or store payment-card numbers. External ordering and gift-card providers handle checkout under their own terms. Order, payment, refund and rewards histories show only records that have actually been linked or received; provider integration is required for automatic updates.

For access, corrections, or deletion requests, contact yalemax.llc@gmail.com. Signing out does not delete saved records. Some transaction or support records may need to be retained to resolve outstanding issues or meet applicable obligations.
